"Ah-ha," you say, "finally Megan has seen the light!"
Well, before your train of thought goes freight-lining down that railway, let me stop you. Perhaps my children are a bit spoiled, but this post is actually not about them. It's about ME!
In the past two weeks, I've enjoyed five child-free evenings out. Yes, five. If you are thinking that is more than the quota ought to be for a fourteen day window, you are correct. With two sets of grandparents and now the coveted digits of a responsible babysitter (thanks, E!), I am feeling luckier than a leprechaun basking in a pot of gold.
Yes, life is good. And now, just in case you are a smidge worried that my girls are suffering from so many evenings without their mother, I submit Exhibit A: Mary and Lucy, sandwiching Robyn's daughter Emily. Happy, aren't they? Surely, if anything, they are feeling equally spoiled by special time with the sitter, the grandmas, and the papas.

Good for you! And the girls definitely look happy. Did you cut Mary's hair? Nick is so excited to see her next month.
