Remember those, "Deep Thoughts" skits from Saturday Night Live way back when? Well, these days our Mary has her own ponderings that could rival Jack Handy (was that his name?).
Coming home from the park: "Mom, where does God live?" In Heaven. "Is he married?" No. "Isn't he lonely up there all by himself?"
Driving to preschool: "Mom, who makes the trees?" God. "Who makes the clouds?" God. "Who makes my socks?"
Deep thoughts indeed.
