Arizona, Part II

The second part of our Arizona trip was to attend Curtis' sister's wedding in Sedona. It was every bit as magnificent as we had heard. Red rocks all around us, gorgeous blue skies, and of course, our wonderful Arizona cousins!! The girls just idolized their big cousins, with Lucy saying as we drove away, "I wish we could live with them here."  Curtis' sister Buffi (also known as Krystine) was a glowing bride to our new brother-in-law Mike, with a picturesque wedding along Oak Creek Canyon.

The girls enjoyed their role as flower girls, and Ryan loved every minute. Well, every minute except his brief time in the record-setting sunshine which caused immediate welts on his skin that hasn't seen much sun in his short little life as an Oregonian. We laughed at how fast he began to burn-- a true Pacific Northwest baby. But, Ryan's good nature proved more powerful than those sun rays. He was a great traveler- without a single tear on the plane rides!

It was an incredible weekend, and we are so very happy to have been a small part of Buffi and Mike's start to a new life together.
