We've really been pressing manners in our house lately. So, when we asked Mary what she should say when she knocks on doors for Halloween, her response was, "May I please have some candy?"
Fortunately, Mary's friend Jack showed her the ropes on Halloween evening. Even Lucy seemed to understand that knocking at each door resulted in treats! She ran from house to house at lightning speed!
